1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website, APIs, and enterprise artificial intelligence services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Compiled Vibe LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services. Our Services are intended strictly for business-to-business (B2B) and enterprise use.

2. Provision of Services

Compiled Vibe LLC provides custom AI model fine-tuning, generative media pipelines, API integration, and related infrastructure. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with prior notice to active clients.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to use the Services only for lawful business purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Using the Services to generate illegal, harmful, or non-compliant content.

  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack our proprietary infrastructure.

  • Sharing or compromising your assigned API keys or enterprise access credentials.

4. Intellectual Property & Data Ownership

  • Client Data: You retain all rights, ownership, and intellectual property to the proprietary data you provide to us for model fine-tuning or processing.

  • Company Infrastructure: Compiled Vibe LLC retains all rights to its underlying software, code, deployment pipelines, and operational methodologies.

  • Outputs: Upon full payment of applicable fees, clients retain full ownership and commercial rights to the digital media and data generated through their specific tailored pipelines.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Compiled Vibe LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Services. The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California.
